The Key to Success is to learn to do something right, and then to do it right every time! "" When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals; adjust the action steps."
" Always bet on yourself, no matter what the odds are. It means more to be in the race than watching the victory lap from the stands."
" Yes, I have failed and I will still fail over and over again. But I am not a failure because I can see success coming from the horizon."
"Fighting the battle of life, failure shot me but success will heal the wound"

" Reach out for the stars! Somebody has to make it believable to get there. Why not You?"
" Your mind is a pot of thoughts and your attitude is the aroma of your thoughts. The great winners in life have one thing common: great attitudes."
" Success requires rituals with consistency, goals with passion, and dedication with determination!"
" You can achieve greatness if you realize that there is a great source of power within you."
" To achieve something that you have never achieved, you have to be someone that you have never been."
" What I lack in natural ability, I make up for in discipline."

To those of you who have pushed me, thank you.

 Good Motivational Poem

To those of you who have pushed me, thank you.

Without you I would have fallen.

To those of you who laughed at me, thank you.

Without you I would not have cried.

To those of you who just could not love me, thank you.

Without you I would not have known real love.

To those of you who hurt my feelings, thank you.

Without you I would not have felt them.

To those of you who left me lonely, thank you.

Without you I would not have discovered myself.

But it is to those of you who thought that I could not do it:

It is you I thank the most,

Because without you I would not have tried.

Extract from the book :

It was 7:44 when I left my office building. My head was spinning and my legs were trembling - my dreams had shattered. Finally, my worst fear had come true. I was asked to put down my resignation. Recession had taken its toll on my company too. We were all hearing about possible retrenchment in the organization from the last 2 weeks. I received an E-mail today from my group head saying my services were no longer required. I was paid one month’s salary and asked to submit my resignation letter. I am a 28 years old, a newly married man with ongoing EMI's of Home loan and car loan. I am a construction professional and had been working with a giant real estate firm.

I started walking towards the bus station. “How in the world will I manage those life taking EMI's?” “My life is over” “How will I get a job in these times of recession?” “I hurried too much in purchasing my house and car” “How will I break this news to my newlywed wife?” I was talking to myself and walking towards the bus station. Loud horns, yelling from chai walas, shining adverts & hoardings - nothing in the world could draw my attention. Everything around me had changed ever since I received that e-mail. I can pay the EMI's and survive for the next 6-7 months with my savings if I live miserly. I will definitely find a job in the next 6 months. I tried to console myself. I felt good but it did not last very long and I again questioned myself - "What if I don’t get a job?” “How will Megha react when I tell her all this?”
My bus came and I quickly jumped into it and collapsed on the first seat I saw. The bus was pretty empty that day. A middle aged guy of around 40 came and sat next to me. I still don’t know why he chose to sit next to me when there were about 30 more empty seats in the bus. The man smiled at me but I was in no mood to smile at anyone. I turned my face and made it clear that I am upset and in no mood to talk. I noticed a bundle of 1000 Rs notes in his hands.

“The guy is a great actor. I never miss his movies.” The middle aged guy said, pointing towards a big Amitabh Bachhan cut out on the crossroads. “I just saw ‘paa’. “What a great movie. Have you seen it? You must see. Well, I am Arvind. And you?” I was really irritated by then but somehow controlled my temper and did not react at all. Apparently, he seemed to be in a jovial mood and was looking for someone to share his happiness. I was certainly not the right choice!

Where are you going Mr.?” Arvind asked me. He was not undeterred with my lame reactions and still wanted to chat with me. Finally, I lost my mind.

“Look Mister, I am in no mood to talk to you. I am not at all interested in you. I have lost my job today. I have a wife and burden of EMI's and I don’t have any idea how I will manage everything. I am in the most painful period of my life so please shut your mouth or go somewhere else. People like you never understand other people’s problems. Have you ever faced a scenario like me? Then I would surely see see this smile and joy on your face disappearing in an instant. Holding these 1000 Rs notes in your hand, do you think you are the king of this world? You rich people will never understand the problems of middle class people.” I shouted at Arvind. He was listening very carefully and still had that smile on his face. It angered me even more. I turned my back and closed my eyes.

“Everything will be fine” Arvind said and put his hand on my shoulder. Surprisingly I felt better.

“I am sorry for being rude but as you see I am in trouble and have difficult times ahead.” I regretted being so rude to Arvind. “No, it is completely all right. I understand. But you will definitely come out of it. Have faith, this difficult phase will soon pass. Does your wife earn?” Arvind started digging deeper.

“Yes, she is a school teacher but her salary is just 15,000. How would that help during these times of inflation?” Arvind laughed loudly. Though I was not too happy to hear him laugh at Megha’s salary, I had a moral duty to ask him about himself as he tolerated my nonsense. “Where are you going? To home from work, I guess.” “No, I am going to Motilal Hospital to visit my wife. She had developed a tumour in her chest but with God’s grace she is fine now. They will discharge her in a few weeks. “Oh Holy lord. That must be devastating for you.” I exclaimed.

“No, I am happy that she has survived this scare. I think God is too kind to me. My wife was diagnosed with tumour and I lost my job after 3 days. This way, I got a lot of time to look after my wife and my 11 year old daughter. My entire family lives in the village. They can’t be of any help. I was the only one to take care of my wife and daughter. I had to pay 1 Lac Rs in the hospital and I had no arrangements. But look at this money, God is kind to me. I suddenly met my old friend in the hospital and he offered to help. I have promised to return this money in a year. 1 year is a long time and I trust God. I know that some arrangements will be done by the time the day of repayment arrives. Hey, my stop has come. Don’t worry, everything will be fine.

Remember one rule ‘God never gives more pain than one can tolerate.’
And he disembarked from the bus. He taught me a lesson that would stay with me my entire life. Relieved and happy, I bought flowers for Megha on my way home and told her everything about my job loss. She supported me and we both promised each other that we will never lose our faith, we will never lose hope. We will always smile and trust God irrespective of the circumstances, like my friend Amit.

There Is Always A Good Side To Every Situation

Everything depends on the way you look at things.
View every problem you encounter as an opportunity.
There is always a good side to every situation.

The optimist sees an opportunity in every misfortune.
The pessimist sees misfortune in every opportunity.
The optimist sees the doughnut,
the pessimist sees the hole.

You can develop success from every failure.
Discouragement and failure are two stepping stones to success.
No other factors can do so much for you if you're willing to study
them and make them work for you.

When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.

Wanted to share this special story with you.... Like a lot of things in life, it's much easier said than done but this is where faith and perseverance comes in.

Once there were three trees on a hill in a woods. They were discussing their hopes and dreams when the first tree said "Someday I hope to be a treasure chest. I could be filled with gold, silver and precious gems. I could be decorated with intricate carving and everyone would see the beauty."

Then the second tree said "Someday I will be a mighty ship. I will take kings and queens across the waters and sail to the corners of the world. Everyone will feel safe in me because of the strength of my hull."

Finally the third tree said. "I want to grow to be the tallest and straightest tree in the forest. People will see me on top of the hill and look up to my branches, and think of the heavens and God and how close to them I am reaching. I will be the greatest tree of all time and people will always remember me.."

After a few years of praying that their dreams would come true, a group of woodsmen came upon the trees. When one came to the first tree he said, "This looks like a strong tree, I think I should be able to sell the wood to a carpenter." and he began cutting it down. The tree was happy, because he knew that the carpenter would make him into a treasure chest.

At the second tree a woodsman said, "This looks like a strong tree, I should be able to sell it to the shipyard." The second tree was happy because he knew he was on his way to becoming a mighty ship.

When the woodsmen came upon the third tree, the tree was frightened because he knew that if they cut him down his dreams would not come true. One of the woodsman said, "I don't need anything special from my tree so I'll take this one" and he cut it down.

When the first tree arrived at the carpenters, he was made into a feed box for animals. He was then placed in a barn and filled with hay. This was not at all what he had prayed for. The second tree was cut and made into a small fishing boat. His dreams of being a mighty ship and carrying kings had come to an end. The third tree was cut into large pieces and left alone in the dark.

The years went by, and the trees forgot about their dreams. Then one day, a man and women came to the barn. She gave birth and they placed the baby in the hay in the feed box that was made from the first tree. The man wished that he could have made a crib for the baby, but this manger would have to do. The tree could feel the importance of this event and knew that it had held the greatest treasure of all time.

Years later, a group of men got in the fishing boat made from the second tree. One of them was tired and went to sleep. While they were out on the water, a great storm arose and the tree didn't think it was strong enough to keep the men safe. The men woke the sleeping man, and he stood and said "peace" and the storm stopped. At this time, the tree knew that it had carried the king of kings in it's boat.

Finally, someone came and got the third tree. It was carried through the streets as the people mocked the man who was carrying it. When they came to a stop, the man was nailed to the tree and raised in the air to die at the top of a hill. When Sunday came, the tree came to realize that it was strong enough to stand at the top of the hill and be as close to God as was possible, because Jesus had been crucified on it.

The moral of this story is that when things don't seem to be going your way, always know that God has a plan for you. If you place your trust in Him, He will give you great gifts. Each of the trees got what they wanted, just not in the way they had imagined.

Never loose HOPE in any condition,
bcoz darkness of night always finish with light of day.
Remember!
Human can live about 20days without food,
about 3days without water,
about 5 mints without air
but
not for 1secnd without HOPE.

Pleasure and pain are the two sides,
Only one side is visible at time,
But remember
other side also waiting for its turn.
4. Most of us never reach the level of achievement
of which we are capable
because we don’t challenge ourselves . . .
let us keep ourself challenging.

 5. Living in the favourable and unfavourable situation is called
“PART OF LIFE”,
But smiling in all those situations is called
“ART OF LIFE”.

7. If you believe in what you are doing,
then let nothing hold you up in your work.
Much of the best work of the world
has been done against seeming impossibilities.

Touching life story.....

A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.

Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business.
He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.

He began to search his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible.

It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the
sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not packaged as we expected?

Don’t be the prisoners of past
time never stops, it is the ace
it will as always run very fast
at least, try to attain its pace
this life is gift to you
chance it is not the first
dear, it is the last
so, live your present
don’t be the prisoners of past

Present is now & for short
memories are limitless & vast
as you will enter your thought
here your present will pass
I am not telling to forget what happened
I am not telling to leave the memories
but neither regret nor try them to recast
I mean don;t be the prisoners of past

Everyday some incidents ends
& the new one starts
someone in some moments comes too close
and in the next they depart
Except it, its nature & forget the pain
neither surrender nor stop the life’s cart
no matter how you move it-slow or fast
but don’t be the prisoners of past.

Once you knew how things would turn out, you didnt set your company up to win big. And so it is for great CEOs the ability to see the future.
CEO cannot see the future with perfect accuracy. But the great ones have ideas about what will work that are more than just guesses. They develop a direction and design based on powerful repeating patterns that significantly increase their odds of success.
Careful study of the history of the firm illuminates potential strategy options. Strategy is the way you choose to fight your opponents, the essence of why your firm exists. You can have no meaningful thoughts about strategy until you understand why your firm is or was great.
General Motors, for many years a major automotive force around the world, has now reached a crisis point with the high wages and rich benefits of their workers. Today, the CEO of GM properly notes this issue. But should he have seen it coming? If he had seen this problem on his radar screen years ago, while actively searching for patterns to solve it, he wouldn̢۪t have had to look very far.
Caterpillar, another large USA manufacturing company, saw the future. They made a difficult course correction by taking on the unions. Suffering a debilitating strike, Cat obtained the changes needed from their workers.
The board of GM didn’t need to be creative to see what was coming — they just had to read the newspaper and think in patterns about their problems. The simple questions to ask their CEO: Why is cat taking the strike? What do they see that we don’t? What will happen to us if we don’t take a strike?
When CEO of Daimler, began thinking about buying Chrysler, an understanding of how the target̢۪s history varied from Mercedes would have illuminated significantly different patterns between the two firms. Mercedes had developed into an engineering leader. Their cars commanded huge margins and were in strong demand.
Chrysler, on the other hand, careened from crisis to crisis. They existed for years on the basis of one hit product, the innovative Minivan introduced in 1983. But as competitors caught up, Chrysler̢۪s pattern of serial disasters reappeared. At the time of the merger, savvy strategists wondered if another meltdown was just around the corner. The CEO unprepared for the crisis that befell Chrysler lost his command post at Daimler as a result.
Every board expects their CEO to have a decent view of the future – at least in thorough outline form. Understanding your strategy — the powerful patterns that repeat in your business – is the essential road map for thinking about the future.

Nothing is impossible because impossible itself says I M Possible.

1.Nothing is impossible because impossible itself says I M Possible.

2. The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don't define them, or even seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them.

 3. Winners are always part of solution and losers are always part of excuses.....

4. Try to make at least one person happy every day. If you cannot do a kind deed, speak a kind word. If you cannot speak a kind word, think a kind thought. Count up, if you can, the treasure of happiness that you would dispense in a week, in a year, in a lifetime.

5. There comes a point in your life when you realize
who matters,
who never did,
who won't anymore...
and who always will.
So, don't worry about people from your past,
there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

6.
LOVE YOUR JOB BUT NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT STOPS LOVING YOU.

7. Changing the face can change nothing. But facing the change can change everything. Don’t complaint about others; change yourself if you want peace.

8. Mistakes are painful when they happen. But year’s later collection of mistakes is called experience, which leads to success.

9. When we wake up in the morning we have two choices..Go back to sleep and dream, or wake up and chase those dreams...
Choice is yours.

10.  Don't Quit
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up, though the pace seems slow -
You might succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victor's cup.
And he learned too late, when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt -
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you mustn't quit.

Motivational quotes You believe in yourselves You have the first secret of success.

1. People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When You  believe in yourselves You have the first secret of success.

2. Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not  a day when you lounge around doing nothing, it's when you've had  everything to do and you've done it .

3. . If you believe you can, you probably can. If you believe you
won't, you most assuredly won't. Belief is the ignition switch that
gets you off the launching pad.

4. If you want your life to be more rewarding, you have to change the
way you think.

5. Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative
thinking will.

6. A good plan of today
is better than a great plan of tomorrow.

Look backward with satisfaction
& look forward with confidence.

It’s not important where u r TODAY,
BUT
where you will reach TOMORROW is important.

15. Nothing in the nature lives for itself.
Rivers don’t drink their own water.
Trees don’t eat their own fruit.
Sun doesn’t give heat for itself.
Moon doesn’t ever go on honeymoon.
Flowers don’t spread fragrance for themselves.

Moral:
Living for Others is the Rule of Nature.

16. If you believe in what you are doing,
then let nothing hold you up in your work.
Much of the best work of the world
has been done against seeming impossibilities.

17. Life is like a novel and every day is a new page.
so if a page is sad next will b happy..
so don’t worry turn the page and enjoy the life..

18. All the breaks you need in life wait within your imagination,
Imagination is the workshop of your mind,
capable of turning mind energy
into accomplishment and wealth.

19. What we can or cannot do,
what we consider possible or impossible,
is rarely a function of our true capability.
It is more likely a function of our
beliefs about who we are.

20. People become really quite remarkable
when they start thinking that they can do things.
When they believe in themselves
they have the first secret of success.

21. Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now.
Don’t wait for something outside of yourself
to make you happy in the future. Think how
really precious is the time you have to spend,
whether it’s at work or with your family.
Every minute should be enjoyed and savoured.

22. For true success ask
yourself these four questions:
Why?
Why not?
Why not me?
Why not now?

23. You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust.
You were born with ideals and dreams.
You were born with greatness.
You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don’t.
You have wings.
Learn to use them and fly.

24 . I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece.
I challenge you to join the ranks of
those people who live what they teach,
who walk their talk.

25. Let others lead small lives, but not you.
Let others argue over small things, but not you.
Let others cry over small hurts, but not you.
Let others leave their future in someone else’s hands, but not you.

26. Life is a great travel trip…
Problem is that it doesnt come with a map.
We’ve to search
our own ways to reach the Destinations…!

27. Being a good person
is like a being a goal keeper
No matter how many goals we save,
People will remember
only the one that you missed.

28 . Smooth roads never make good drivers!
Smooth sea never makes good sailors!
Clear Skies never make good pilots!
Problem free life never makes a strong & good person!
Be strong enough to accept the challengers of life.
Don’t ask Life
“Why me?”
Instead say
“Try Me!”

29. Give yourself a chance,
Give yourself the moment,
Give yourself the freedom,
Give yourself the power,
Give yourself the confidence,
Live for today not for tomorrow,
Live the EXTREME !!!!!!!
Because you got yourself only one life… LIVE IT !!!!

30. Give thousand chances to your enemy
To become your friend.
But never give a single chance to your Friend
To become your enemy.

31. In life, dont expect anything from anyone.
Because expectation, when not fulfilled, gives you pain.
When you get something without expecting it,
It gives you pleasure.
Keep doing your part
And leave the rest to God.

32. Coins always make sound,
But the currency notes are always silent.
So, when your value increases,
Keep yourself calm and silent.

33. If An Egg Breaks Due 2 OUTSIDE Force!
“Inside Life ENDs!”
But…
If it Breaks from inside! “Life Begins!”
“GREAT Things Always Begin from Inside!
So try to make your inside GOOD!
